CLINICAL SUPERVISION
My supervision practice integrates the Discrimination Model with elements of CBT, ACT, and Self-Compassion, providing a holistic framework to help you identify areas for growth and effectively achieve your professional goals. I fluidly move between roles—teacher, consultant, and mentor—to support your continued development and elevate your practice.
What Makes Me Unique as a Supervisor?
Your well-being always comes first. I'm deeply passionate about promoting your professional self-care, including managing caseloads, optimizing your time, and addressing other practical needs you may have. I intentionally provide clear, direct, and actionable skills that are easy to apply with your clients. Additionally, I strongly believe in the effectiveness of audio-recorded sessions, as they accelerate your learning, deepen self-awareness, and enhance your clinical skills beyond traditional self-reporting and reflection.
Exclusive Resource Library
All supervisees receive exclusive access to my privately curated library of clinical resources, thoughtfully developed over eight years of clinical practice.
