Your Host
I created these retreats as part of my own healing journey—letting go of societal expectations, shedding the fear of judgment, and courageously stepping into a life rooted in authenticity.
Through my personal experience, I’ve rediscovered my purpose: guiding women toward deep healing, empowerment, and joyfully reclaiming their right to live fully and unapologetically.
I believe women deserve to have their cake and eat it too—to heal deeply, live boldly, and embrace pleasure along the way.
Throughout the retreats, I'll be sharing more of my personal journey and insights with guests, creating an authentic space for connection, openness, and mutual growth.
~ Lindsey

More than a weekend
Set in the tranquil woods of Cantley, Quebec, you’ll stay in a beautiful private room with your own ensuite bathroom at Manoir de la Forêt. With a maximum of 8-10 guests, you’ll have space to breathe, reflect, and connect at your own pace.
Throughout the weekend, you’ll experience:
🌸 Community connection with other women
🌿 Mindfulness-based activities to help you slow down and just be
🎨 Creative arts as a way to explore pleasure for the sake of it
💖 Sensual, playful experiences designed to reconnect you with your wild side
This retreat is hosted by women, for women, featuring a line up of professional experts in their field.

Not every retreat fits everyone—just like clothing, one-size-fits-all rarely feels right. That's why your retreat experience includes:
🌸 A personalized, one-on-one prep session with Registered Psychotherapist Lindsey Thomson to ensure your unique needs and goals are understood.
🌿Customized retreat activities tailored specifically to your group.
🎨 Post-retreat resources provided by Lindsey to support your ongoing journey toward reconnecting with your wild side.
💖Optional individual psychotherapy sessions available with Lindsey to further deepen your personal exploration.
Trustworthy & Covered by Insurance
Hosted by a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists in Ontario, Lindsey has extensive evidence-based training on supporting women's experiences through all life stages.
Retreat guests will receive a receipt for 3 hours of group therapy, valued at $495, which may be reimbursed by private health insurance plans.
