INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Guiding you to be the change.

NOTE: ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

As someone who's struggled with anxiety, depression, disordered eating, perfectionism and burnout in the past, I understand how scary it can be to take the leap to get support. I also know how life-changing therapy can be when you're actively involved and committed to making a change. This is where I come in. I have been working in the field for nearly 10 years and focus on working with individual adults.

I recognize my privilege in identifying as a Caucasian cis-female. One of my primary personal and professional development goals has been to recognize and challenge my own biases to become a better person and better support my clients. Through this work I continue to increase my knowledge and understanding of working with diverse lived experiences including:

  • all gender expressions

  • all sexual orientations

  • varied sexual preferences including kink and BDSM

In my practice I combine evidence-based therapies of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Self-Compassion. In my work I put emphasis on these areas because I’ve seen with my clients that when we focus on positive habits and acceptance it has a more significant impact than focusing on negative patterns, mindsets and behaviours alone.
