WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THERAPY?

I offer a 30 minute free consultation. During the consultation we will take the time to see if we are a good fit for each other. From there, you can decide to schedule a first session.

In the first session we will talk about your personal history and experiences so that I may better understand your current challenges. Our time together thereafter will be focused on setting goals, creating an treatment plan and work on your goals.

ARE YOU SEEING CLIENTS IN PERSON?

I exclusively offer virtual and phone therapy. I use a variety of apps and tech to replicate the in-person experience as best as possible.

I use a combination of videos, handouts or workbooks to accompany sessions to meet the different learning styles of clients and to supplement learning in session.

WHAT AREAS DON'T YOU WORK WITH?

WHAT IF I DON'T ENJOY WORKING WITH YOU AFTER A FEW SESSIONS?

No problem! We will take the time to discuss your perspective and expectations so I can best understand your needs. What matters most to me is that you find a therapist you feel comfortable with. If that's not me I'll help you find the right therapist for you. Your well-being comes first!
