Empowering Minds, Transforming Lives.
Your Journey to Wellness Starts Here.

Mental health is my passion and purpose. What sets me apart is my unique perspective from my lived experience as both a client and therapist, teacher and advocate. It allows me to truly connect with the people I work with, offering genuine understanding and support. Having my own array of challenges, I understand the importance of lived experience in creating meaningful support. I pride myself on walking the talk—every skill I teach is one I’ve used.

I work from a feminist lens, driven by a purpose to empower women to break free from societal expectations and embrace their wild, authentic selves. I believe in walking the talk—everything I teach or recommend is grounded in skills I’ve used in my own journey. Whether through one-on-one therapy, workplace wellness consultations, or advocacy efforts, I strive to embody what it means to live authentically and create meaningful change.

For years, I’ve been advocating for better mental health access— from campus initiatives to appearing as an expert witness at the House of Commons Standing Committees on Children's Mental Health. My work is about creating space for growth, understanding, and well-being.
